Find out how to publish an accessibility statement for your product or website and keep it up to date.
You must publish an accessibility statement for your product or service. The statement should explain how accessible your product or service is, identify any accessibility issues that remain and provide information about how users can report accessibility problems.
Your accessibility statement should reflect the current accessibility of your product or website.
Accessibility issues and statements service
Use the new Accessibility issues and statements service to create and manage your accessibility statement, including tracking accessibility issues.
Accessibility statement templates
If you cannot use the accessibility issues and statements service, you can use a standalone accessibility statement template.
Choose the template that matches the level of accessibility conformance of your product or service:
- fully compliant template - when all pages of your product or service, including every step in any transactional service, meet all WCAG Level A and AA success criteria
- partially compliant template - when at least half, but not all, of the WCAG Level A and AA success criteria are met
- non-compliant template - when fewer than half of the WCAG Level A and AA success criteria are met
