You must publish an accessibility statement for your product or website. The statement should explain how accessible your service is, identify any accessibility issues that remain and provide information about how users can report accessibility problems.
Your accessibility statement should reflect the current accessibility of your product or website.
Choose a statement template
Choose the template that matches the level of accessibility conformance of your product or website.
Fully compliant
Use the fully compliant template when all pages of your product or website, including every step in any transactional service, meet all WCAG Level A and AA success criteria in full.

Partially compliant
Use the partially compliant template when one or more, but less than half, of the WCAG Level A and AA success criteria have not been met.

Non-compliant
Use the non-compliant template when more than half of the WCAG Level A and AA success criteria have not been met.

Keep your statement up to date
Your accessibility statement should reflect the current accessibility of your product or website.
Update your statement when accessibility issues are fixed or when the level of conformance changes.
You should not remove an issue from your accessibility statement until you are confident that it has been confirmed as resolved. This may be confirmed by an accessibility expert within DfE, your audit supplier or DesignOps.
